Meh. I just volunteered to take it over. I've created a contribution
and will be finishing that off and turning it into a pull request.
When my sessions were accepted to C++ Now! 2014, I put all my spare
time energies into creating and improving those sessions. Now that
the conference is over, I can come back to the test documentation and
finish that off.
I don't think forking is useful in the case of Boost.Test.
