Old mingw has too many missing features. That is the reason why Qt switched to
http://mingw-w64.sourceforge.net/ as it has an almost complete header set for
both 32- and 64-windows. I'm not suprised at all that Boost fails to compile
on mingw, that is the reason I switched to mingw-w64 years ago.
