This is bad, looks like there are two copies of the boost/optional/ tree 
in Git:

* The correct one under optional.
* What's described as a "local copy" under convert.

But you just can't do that, ever.  The convert lib needs to remove it's 
copies from both develop and master otherwise the tree is completely broken.
