Marshall,

I had good luck building boost-1_56_0a1c2 on Windows 8.1 with Visual Studio
2013 Ultimate.  There are a number of warnings about 'round' but the
standard .\b2 build completed without issue.  I am going to run a few of my
programs with this version as the include and let you know if I run into
any issues.
