This Coroutine fix (based on beta 1 feedback) should be included in
the final release:
https://github.com/boostorg/coroutine/commit/1005688697f6f88171016b177a839380a46884d5

But there was no process failure, as the fix was merged to master
after the rc2 builds were created.
