I tried forcing cpu and fpu using cxxflags='-mcpu=cortex-a15
-mfpu=neon' (ARM clang won't do -mfpu=neon-vfpv4) and the build log
is at:

ARM_clang%203.4/13/consoleFull
It now compiles and links, but still outputs 23Mb of so of warnings.
There are warnings in Filesystem, MPL and Preprocessor.
