[boost] Clang on Windows

I attempted to run Clang 3.4.1 on Win 8.1 with horrible results as evident
on the current master regression summary here:
http://www.boost.org/development/tests/master/developer/summary.html

Besides the fact that boost identifies it as linux clang and there appears
to be numerous other issues with the b2 script, has anyone had any success
with this?

The reason I ask is AMD is using LLVM for their heterogeneous development
and I'm trying to see if boost will be something I can count on.
