You might want to look at docbook's webhelp output. I don't know much
about it, but it might be along the lines of what you're looking for.
It seems to have been developed for Saxon, so might not work with
xsltproc. They don't seem to promote it much either, which isn't
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
