Hm then I must have done something wrong, it failed to link here complaining it 
couldnt find libboost-chrono-something-something.lib. Once I compiled chrono 
(only) it worked fine. I'm using a "private" copy of Boost 1.57 for the Boost 
dependencies.

Using MSVC2013 if that makes a difference.
