[boost] Test Runner: teeks99-08f - msvc-14.0 - Extra Define

The Test runner teeks99-08f has been running the msvc-14.0 - CTP 6 release
for a bit now. It runs with the extra bjam option
"define=BOOST_MSVC_ENABLE_2014_JUN_CTP". Is this still necessary? I was
going through and updating some settings and I notices this was still there
and was trying to decide if I should clean it up or not.
