I'm not an expert on this topic, but might be root of the problem be that some mails are sent via NNTP(e.g. Gmane)?
Otherwise this would really be a fundamental problem with SPF and not easy so solve. Extending the SPF for every mailing-list I'm active is not an option.
FYI:
I used to send my mail via Gmane. Sorry for my mail from yesterday, I didn't switch it for the test.
This mail was sent using my regular Mail-Account and regular Mail-Server. If this mail is not marked as spam it is probably only a problem when using NNTP for Mailing-Lists.
