Hi,

there are three commits from last year in develop that haven't been merged 
to master yet. Could someone merge them please?

8bdf2a9 Make tuple constructor explicit
4fb2618 Add metadata file.
b4f0590 Ported documentation to boostbook

I always have to apply 8bdf2a9 manually to new Boost releases.
