Not yet. I'll work on it if I can find more time. At any rate,
the syntax is around 95+% the same, except the rules and grammars
(grammars no longer exist). I focused more on performance at CT and RT,
rather than adding more bells and whistles. We also took advantage of
C++11/14 features.

The example set remains largely the same in both Qi and X3, so you
can see the differences in usage. Ditto for the tests.
