Yes, I emphasise that this is a prospective library and that I am on
hallowed ground :-)

I look forward to seeing these results. I'll keep the VC projects and
makefile in there until we (hopefully) get approval.

We have a number of users already doing RNA-SEQ and CRISPR searches
(Wikipedia is your friend).

The documentation has to work for someone not familiar with biology.
