Subject: [boost] [build] msvc-14.0 toolset can't find mt.exe?

I've installed Visual Studio 2015 RC Community, and the msvc-14.0 toolset
can't find mt.exe. I have mt.exe (twice), once in the 7.1A SDK, once in the
8.1 SDK. Does anyone have an idea what's wrong?
