Hi,

Could someone review and merge the following pull request
https://github.com/boostorg/boost/pull/94 ?

I do hope to see Boost.DLL in next release, but that requires a lot of
testing on different platforms (and that requires the pull request merged).

There are also some pending Boost.Compute pull requests, please take a look
at them too.
