Hrr, Executors are newer than version 4 and even if they can be
considered as an extension, the async()/then() interface change and some
compilers don't support the Executor interface. This is why I didn't
defined the macro for version 4. Sorry for the confusion.

I'll add it as soon as the interface is stable (maybe in
BOOST_THREAD_VERSION 5) . Unfortunately it is not yet the case.

Don't worry for the PR. I will fix it myself.
