Yes, noticed while it was happening.. And I had also contacted their
support to find out they are on vacation.

Does anyone know what might be happening?

I suspect it's fallout from the various problems they had last week <
https://www.traviscistatus.com/>. I already tried cancelling and/or
restarting builds without any effect. So it looks like we'll have to wait
until they come back from vacation to get it fixed.
