[boost] Version mismatch

As per http://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/2015/05/222520.php, I'm seeing
(on master) Jamroot version set to 1.60 and version.hpp calling the release
1.61.0

I can work around the problems it's causing, but I note it, FYI
