That should be calling link.exe, not clang.
If you're getting here, it means that compiling
succeeded. I don't have clang installed at
the moment, but when I run with -n, the command
line looks right.

This seems like msvc.configure-version-specific
is getting skipped. What does --debug-configuration say?
