That's an old PR & CI test.. When fiber was not yet added to the
submodules. The PR was eventually merged in after fiber was added as a
submodule. And that line is by now obsolete and doesn't exists :-) As the
latest equivalent build job shows <
https://travis-ci.org/boostorg/boost/jobs/137712508>.
