[boost] [boost-git] fiber not contained?

Hi,

I was asked several times why boost.fiber is not contained if boost's
git-repo is cloned with
git clone --recursive http://github.com/boostorg/boost.git.

I'm wondering because boost.fiber is already included in the regression
tests (master/develop).
