Hi,

I have a few blocking compilation/link problems on the develop branch 
for which to fixes are pending (46 (3 lines) & 45(1 line)).
45 is a bug in the code I thin, 46 probably works just fine on most 
platform, but not on mine (recent Intel compiler on CentOS 6.5, which 
mean advanced features, but old headers).

Boths are breaking are breaking some tests on Boost.MPI.

Could someone have a look at it ?
