Please find those attached to this post. Note also that I am actually 
not using those folders myself: this is an automated build folder. 
Please also note that I am not cleaning everything between 2 consecutive 
builds otherwise the clone time would dominate by far: I am only 
removing "bin.v2" and "boost" headers folders.
