Vicente, since last time, I made some changes that moved the library in a
direction you might like. Namely, I added mp_bind, mp_bind_front and
mp_bind_back (and removed bind_front functionality from mp_quote), and I'm
gradually adding _q "overloads" that take quoted metafunctions.
