I do believe that a number of us - and like more users of boost - see a 
problem.  That is that they agree with me.  But it's not nearly as easy 
to address as one would first think.  I don't want to denigrate Doxygen, 
it's a real sincere effort and not without value - but the whole 
literate programming thing needs more work.
