Commit dates are only the dates that changes are made locally, the
changes weren't pushed to master until the 2nd of August - too late
for 1.65. You can see this at:

Look for the event with id 6381887368, which has the timestamp
2017-08-02T19:59:47Z, the 'before' hash is
