Wouldn't it be worthwhile to discuss this point in a separate thread? It
seems to me that, as C++11 support in 2018 :-) is starting to get
ubiquitous, boost could be losing a lot of old cruft. A number of libs can
then also be simply removed boost::array etc... Testing cycles would be
quicker etc etc...
