I downloaded the .7z release candidate and I was able to build it. I
used GCC 6.4.0 on Cygwin.

I noticed the following couple of Jamfile warnings (maybe they can be
ignored...):
$ ./b2
../../../libs/log/build/Jamfile.v2:45: Unescaped special character in
argument <define>$(flag)=1
../../../libs/python/Jamfile:49: Unescaped special character in
argument [*\/:."']

I also built and run all Boost.Contract examples and tests, no problem.
