Hi there,

This is Shivam Choudhary, a third year undergraduate at Indian Institute of
Technology Bombay. I *would like to contribute to Boost.uBLAS library's
project - Add statistics and Machine Learning functions*. I have already
taken Machine Learning course at my institute and am quite good at
implementing these.

I would be highly grateful if anyone would mentor me for this project. I
have *completed the Competency test and also would like to know to whom it
needs to be shared *for scrutiny.
