I can't reproduce your error, sorry. There's something different between our 
configurations and I don't know what that is.

Visual Studio 2017 15.7.2,
_MSC_VER=1914
Visual Studio 2017 v141 toolset

And I am getting this build error.

Compiles for me. Visual Studio 2017 15.7.2. _MSC_VER=1914.
