I was looking for a function to return the capacity of a Boost uBLAS
map_array, so I checked the docs online.  When I looked at this page:

https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_67_0/libs/numeric/ublas/doc/index.html

I found in the table of member functions two entries for the size()
function, but one should clearly be the capacity() function.  I confirmed
in our headers that it exists.
