Only sideways related, someone (Jason) is working on creating the option to
use the clang tool chain with vcpkg, which supports boost (in a sort of
modular way, as modular as it gets, given the current structure of boost)
and much more, with new libraries being added almost on a daily basis (or
at least a couple a week).
