Thanks, I had a quick glance from my mobile, but didn't have the time
to have a proper look. I'll do sometime this week. One early piece of
feedback: I don't see why header-only libraries should be treated
significantly different from normal libraries as far as cmake is
concerned

The issues on your github project seem a good place - or do you want to do this
via email?

While non-intrusive design is a good thing for an external add-on, when
you can't modify the original, I think boost should strive for a solution,
where cmake is an integrated & independent part of each individual library.
