You need to apply the patch

    https://github.com/boostorg/context/pull/87

to Boost.Context, or switch it to the pr/clang-win/masm branch:

    cd libs/context
    git checkout pr/clang-win-masm

There's nothing I can do from the clang-win.jam side to fix it. :-)
