Please, discard what you have done and start over:
- easiest is to download pre-build binaries
https://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost-binaries/1.68.0/
- more involved is to install and build Boost libaries yourself, follow
https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_68_0/more/getting_started/windows.html
