I recently discussed I'll drop GCC < 4.3 and MSVC < 9.0 in Boost 1.70 in
my libraries (all compilers released ten years ago). More details on:
I'll start removing old compiler runners in a few days.
PS: In any case, my runners have completed tests but I don't see them
updated in the master matrix:
