Hi,

(I've asked this David Bellot by email some time ago.
No response arrived, so asking here again.)

One student asked about GSoC recently [1] but w/o answer.
An empty repo for this year has been created.
And, the timeline [3] says organizations need to apply by Feb 6.

I wonder, what is the status of the preparation for GSoC 2019?
