FYI, Beast develop branch is profoundly broken with the recent update
to Boost.Asio. We are working on fixing it but Chris is at the C++
meeting and we will need his help to resolve some of the issues. I
will not be able to fix the regression in the matrix until after these
other problems are solved (could persist until next week).
