Interestingly, the ratio C++03 to C++98 is approx. the same as C++14 to
C++11, both of those [C++03 and C++14] were bug-fix-std's. Do people report
the right thing? Unknown makes unloved, I've only starting seriously
diggin' into C++17 and there's no going back, ever, can't wait for 2020.
