Looking at the other logo's on that page, I would say a new logo altogether
[i.e. a new design] wouldn't be too bad an idea. Why not set up a contest?
That's what they did for instance for http://www.swi-prolog.org/ (I believe
that it's currently in carnival-mode), I participated.
