Successfully built:
Fedora 32, clang & gcc, 64-bit, c++ 11,14,17,2a with all combinations of
relevant Asio macro definitions (24 build variants)
MSVC 14.0,14.1,14.2 32/&64 bit, c++ 11,14,17,latest with all combinations
of definitions EXCEPT:
MSVC14.2, 32 bit, with BOOST_ASIO_NO_TS_EXECUTORS defined results in error
in Asio:

.\boost/asio/detail/win_iocp_overlapped_ptr.hpp(145): error C2039:
'context': is not a member of
'boost::asio::io_context::basic_executor_type<std::allocator<void>,0>'
.\boost/asio/io_context.hpp(223): note: see declaration of
