Thanks, this is my bad. This has been fixed online:
https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_74_0/libs/qvm/doc/html/index.html.

In the distro itself, there actually is documentation but it is in the
wrong location: libs/qvm/doc/out/index.html. Renaming "out" to "html" fixes
it.
