I would like to merge the following commit to Boost.Log master:
https://github.com/boostorg/log/commit/d667377004fef39fe83932c0b15120a7b61a4cbb
This fixes a serious regression since 1.74, potentially causing a
deadlock while stopping async sinks with a dedicated record feeding thread.
I have tested the change locally with a specially crafted test. This use
case is not covered by the unit tests, and the release deadline is
closing in, so I did not wait for the CI.
