You are correct, and many of the remaining dependencies are trivial to
replace. The diff stat to remove MPL and MP11 is going to be by far the
largest to break a dependency; it also required changes in
Multiprecision. (Un)fortunately I found myself in state ordered
quarantine so I had nothing but time.
