Thanks. 2.6.19 was released nearly 15 years ago, I wouldn't think such
old systems would be building new Boost. I can add a workaround if
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
