I tried to pass a fix to boost.asio that was not taken up by the author and
unfortunately no response...

spawn_fiber() is more efficient than boost::asio::spawn()
spawn_fiber() is prepared to work with the forthcoming std::io_context
async. operations are written as synchronous code.
