I have successfully built the libraries:

* Running the Conda recipe on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS, Power9 (ppc64le), using g++ 11.2

For the records, this configuration failed with 1.78 (missing math libraries)
because of

https://github.com/bfgroup/b2/issues/104
