You create a PR for the website. Add a note in
https://github.com/boostorg/website/blob/master/feed/history/boost_1_79_0.qbk
with a link to the patch that applies to the release package. You put
the patch in https://github.com/boostorg/website/tree/master/patches. It
looks like Glen Fernandes already did it for you (thanks, Glen).
