I just tried it (because why not)

mailto:boost_at_[hidden]

* Google Chrome - launched my mail program and created a new message
* Safari - asked if I wanted to let the page create an email message and (when I said “Allow”) did so.
* Brave - asked if I wanted to let the page create an email message and (and when I said “Yes”) did so.
